A sampling of digital compositions from the last ten years. Image sizes vary. When realized as archival prints, dimensions range from a maximum of 32 inches on a side to a minimum of 12 inches. Formal concerns trump strict chronology in the sequence, though the flow is from earliest to most recent.
Representations of digital montages ('collages' put together without resorting to glue) composed in the 1990s and into the 2000s. Content, by and large, was imported by means of scanning. Occasionally three dimensional objects were scanned. The presentation is in leniently chronological order.
This gallery contains images of paper collages composed in the 80s and 90s. The content of each piece was harvested from printed materials, chiefly old books and prints. They are intimate in scale. Here, too, the presentation flows and ebbs from early to late.
